I have bizhub c6500 with fiery controller ic-408. Recent i have more power outage and hdd of fiery controller is down. I install new hdd with windows xp sp2. I have a backup copy from old disk and i install fiery server from backup to new hdd. When start fiery and printer, on the printer display show controller is conected but after two second fiery controller restarted self. I think fiery controller not installed correctly. Cand you help me with a fresh iso software and procedure.
