    Format HDD on C352

    I am in need of instructions on how to format the HDD or better yet...return the machine to Factory defaults so it can be returned to the lease company on a Konica C352. Can anyone out there give me instructions on how to do this.

      Service mode-state confirmation-memory/HDD adj-HDD format.
      Logical format is a low level format. Physical format is a full format and can take several hours.

          Be careful with what you are doing....If the MFP is going back to the leasing company, and your HDD format makes the MFP non working, they will send you a bill for the time/parts needed to make the device functional again...KM provides a service to sanitize the HDD...If you have the paperwork showing KM did the cleaning, you're off the hook for anything not working.
