C360 with error code C5601 firmware updated and PRCB changed but still the same error.
any idea.

yes I did, after resetting the error code machine will come in ready state then code will appear again.

Disable the HDD and do a ram test from service mode. The code explanation is vague so it could be a couple of things. Even keep the lan cable unplugged. Disable things like the fax and AU's. U can use [trouble isolate] for some things.
try to eliminate anything possible.

You can even try a machine data clear or just a error data clear.
