    C6000 Image Issue

Has anyone seen this issue , there is a background half way down the sheet, looks like a blade not cleaning but i have swapped drums and grids, i also swapped over the cyan & black developer units over to test the dev unit .The fault disappears !

swapped units back and then this happens just on the 1st copy out

    Please see attached photos IMG_0610.jpgIMG_0611.jpgIMG_0612.jpgIMG_0613.jpg

    Hi,
Looks like your drum-developer distance is too close.
Try placing one piece of the orange tape (the tape that is used to stick the packaging) at the front of the drum unit where the developing units contacts the drum unit. This will slightly move the dev unit away from the drum. This should resolve your issue.
    hope this helps.
