[Error Code] C7943 with C5550ci

Hi all,
I get C7943 with TASKalfa 5550ci coming randomly. I replace LSU C, checked wires and upgrade FW but the problem not gone.
Please if anyone get SB or something about it, i will be happy to get it.

According to the manual C7943 relates to Magenta Not Cyan. Try replacing the magenta unit, if the code still doesn't clear swap the suspected LSU M with another to see if the Code Changes.

It's a writing mistake. Today i swaped M with C, but it's still C7943.
Need help plus.
