This machine give this error code on a report that customer is trying to copy and it use to run it fine and i can not figure out what has change to give the error. The report is 30 pages front and back (duplex)
and trying to make 4 copies of it.No extra memory in machine and has 141,000 pages on it, any help would be great and i don't think its a hardware problem but something the way it was setup and now its been change and firmware is up to date also.

I forgot to add it stops at about the 5 page and cancels the copying.

Turn RAM Disk off. We had this issue at the local college and that was the fix.
