[Error Code] taskalfa 4820w ,process unit error ,E-070

This plotter is suddenly showing error " process unit error, e-070,open close process unit", tried to check for anything that is not sitting properly .Could it be one of those errors that need resetting using IPS or something is wrong somewhere. Has anyone ever had this problem before? At times its showing a different error saying "roller feeder communication error", could it be a dirty photo sensor or pulse sensor or something else?( though i have cleaned them)

any suggestions are welcome.

Open the back and reseat every connector you can find. The controller especially.

thanks man, it happened that one of the black connectors on the dev unit was not securely connected, its working perfectly well now.its so hidden than you could not see it.
