CS 4500 with a dead display

So I get this call of a machine that we just placed last week, with a dead display. When the power button is switched on the power light comes on for a split second and goes off. The machine seems to finish its warm up cycle.
I did swap the display with the same results, and then I unplugged and reseated connectors on main engine and power supply. Next I will be taking boards from a donor, but if anyone has seen this and knows the fix.
I would appreciate hearing what has caused this.....other than the little ghost girl that has been caught on video walking down the hall and just disappearing, or the same/another poltergeist opening all of the schools lockers on video. Oh and yes I have told them to call ghost busters, a catholic priest, and a rabbi.
