    FS-1118/KM-1820 Send Error

    We have a customer that have scan to e-mail problems. When the problem occurs there is no error code on the send result report, only "error occured".
    Any ideas?

    Have you checked if you have a firewall blocking, and use a valid email account?Smtp ok?

      If the account or SMTP settings are wrong, you normally get a error code like 1101, 3101 etc but in this case all information is "Error occured".

        Since it is a small machine, maybe you can connect it to your office workshop network and test it there to see if it is from the machine or something related to the network. Test it out at some other site and then check every setting including trying to send an email to the client from outlook to check that the email address you are sending exists.
