Hi, this machine continuosly detects no paper rolls in the machine all the time, have cleaned all the sensors on the paper deck but still no change.Anyone had this problem before? Any suggestion is welcome.

We had one doing this and our area rep came in and took the back cover off and reseated every connector he could find inside there. After rebooting, the problem was gone. -

yes i did exactly that and the error is gone, but its now printing blank.checked my transfer coronas ,restarted the GUI and got into service mode ,checked on errors and jams but nothing coming out .could it be my image corona right on top of drum ,or contacts on dev unit or i need to reset something? any suggestions?failure is not an option !Comment

For blank copies I'd check the transfer corona unit and the developer to make sure the developer unit is completely forward toward the drum. The developer is pulled back from the drum for shipment so it could have been left in that position while work was being done.
The corona unit over the drum should give you black copies if something is wrong there.Comment

what a machine! i checked nearly all units from dev unit,contacts, sep/tr coronas ,led and all but never got a copy. i had to reset the HDD and now am getting an image though its darker and jamming on tr/sep corona.i hope next week i will find the cause of that problem why its jamming on the sep/tr corona.thanks once again for the info.failure is not an option !Comment
