Kyocera TA 420i SCAN TO PC ISSUE

Hello all,

I have a 420i machine that Im having a weird issue with. When I make copies from the glass or doc feed, prints come out just fine. When I scan to PC, you can see dots all over the scan on the PC side. Ive ordered the charts suggested in the service manual and did that with no help to the problem. Cleaned mirrors, even swapped the ISU, and updated firmware to the latest version and the problem is still there when scanning to PC. Has anyone seen this before?? Any and ALL help with this problem will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Can you post a sample image of the problem?

First impression it sounds like your scanning in dither mode.
