Very common for the one way bearing gear in the middle of shaft off of feed clutch, to go out and slip.
PF-75 parts book page 6 part# 54106280 pulley-S3M-18-OW. needs to be replaced if it is slipping.

It controls the pickup tires on the left side of the pf75, not the feed and sep tires but the pickup grey ribbed tires
the one way bearing gear is supposed to grab the shaft as it turns and in turn turn the tires, but if it slips, no turn of the tires.
sometimes the shaft needs to be replaced, but I have just kind of ruffed it up a little with a file where the gear sits on it

Another thing to check is the plastic clips that hold down the left side pickup tire assy.

That clip breaks and the pick up tire wont be able to put enough pressure on the paper to feed it into the feed/sep rollers.

One other thing, under the sep roller is a mylar guide that splits after awhile and the paper gets caught in that little split of the mylar.

there is also a one way hub that sometimes slips, just to the left of the feed roller.

Re: KM 5035 PF 75 Cass.

            Hi
            What was the jam code?
I was working on one today, been a while as I work on canons now mostly.
I found on a Taskalfa 420i J21 exit jam was caused by the conveying section sensor which serves the lower trays or in this case the pf75 getting the same code when it did try to print. stuck half way out the exit unit, other trays work fine.
I am getting no feed from the tray so have quoted clutches and rollers, plastic clips that hold all in place are Ok. I swapped clutches around and rollers but still no joy. I will check out the mylar and bearings.

            Cheers

            Les
