[Error Code] Kyocera TaskAlfa 250 CI C3210

Hi everyone,
We have a problem with Kyocera TaskAlfa 250 CI and double sided scanning. Some times we get error C3210 during reboot of the machine, but message "Cannot use 2-sided original due to a failure" stays permanently on display. We have another identical machine with just different firmware and we tried the following things.
1. We moved the DP-750 to the second machine and 2-sided copying worked there, then we move it to the first machine again, probably problem is not in it.
After that:
1. We tried with change the ISMPWB from the first machine to the second one and 2-sided copying is working.
2. We tried with change the ISMPWB and INPWB from the first machine to the second one and 2-sided copying is working.
3. We tried with change the DPDPWB from the first machine to the second one and 2-sided copying is working.
We put all part again to the first machine and we still have problem with "Cannot use 2-sided original due to a failure".
So, in the service manual possible causes of C3210 (CIS lamp problem) are:
1. Poor contact in the connector terminal - Check the connection of connector on the ISMPWB and the connector on the DP driver PWB and the connector on the DP driver PWB, and the continuity across the connector terminals.
So we moved boards to the second machine and all connectors were unplugged and plugged again, all connectors and cables look OK.
2. Defective DP driver PWB - replace DP driver PWB.
We tried the DP driver PWB (probably is the DPDPWB) in the second machine and it is working correct.
3. Defective DP inverter PWB - replace the DP inverter PWB
We tried the DP inverter PWB in the second machine and it is working correct.
4. Defective CIS - replace the CIS
We tried it on the second machine and DP-750 worked there. We test it only with 3-4 pages, but it is working.
Now we are out of ideas where is the problem. Is it possible to be the firmware of the first machine because is newer than the second one?
I hope someone fixed that kind of problem or have an idea what we can try.
