Hi everyone,
We have a problem with TaskAlfa 250 CI, sometimes we get error C3210 during boot, but message "Cannot use 2-sided original due to a failure" is permanent on display.
We tried the following boards on other machine and they worked without problem in second one.
1. ISMPWB
2. Inverter PWB (INPWB)
3. DPDPWB
But problem still exists on the first machine. All connectors look good without problems so for me problem is not poor contact.
Do you have some ideas what can be and what we can try?
