Is it the instructions you need?
Turn off the power and unplug power
Remove the rear cover and insert the compact flash in its hole, with the label facing the rear of the machine
plug in the power and turn on the machine.
Do not turn off the machine until the panel says "complete"
Is it the firmware you need?
There are many places on the internet that you can download the firmware.
caution, it may not work if you use a compact flash card bigger than 64MB
and make sure to format it first.
Curious--why are you upgrading the firmware now?
If this machine has never had the firmware upgraded, it is possible that the new firmware version is too far advanced
for the old firmware version to accept it and it can end up in a constant attempt to upgrade and never come out.
which will force you to replace the main pcb.
It happened to me once on a 3035 model.
