hi every body
i have a problem with KM 3060
the machine when open stopped at window of " LOADING PROGRAM "
i hearing initial rotation but the screen doesn't open
please help

First try another hard drive. open the rear cover and unplug the connector froms the hard drive and install the connectors on the test drive temporarily. boot and check.
format the drive in service mode u24.

In my experience, 9 times out of 10 :

put latest firmware on a 4 gig or less thumb drive

take the lower cover off of the panel.

with a flashlight and good eyes, look for the small ( very small ) switch on the edge of the panel board.

toggle this switch ( with power off ).

turn the power on and wait until the memory light stops flashing.

power off and toggle switch to the starting position.

insert thumb drive into the panel and turn the power back on.

find something to do for the next 7 minutes until the panel starts loading firmware.

after the firmware is finished your panel should respond again.

It may take more than 1 try to get this to work.

I just had one with this problem last week. I replaced the memory stick in the back.
