Booklet maker crease/ripple intermittent bf730

Got issues on and off when doing booklets only , saddle stitched .
Stripped and cleaned all main rollers within booklet maker to no avail.

Anyone had issues with the BF730 units ?

Does the ripple/crease travel the same direction as the paper travel?...or is the ripple/crease perpendicular to the direction of paper travel???

Is the toner fused onto the paper before the crease or after the crease???

I have seen instances where just before a registration roller, a mylar guide would be worn unevenly. This would cause the paper to contact the registration roller at different points unevenly, thus creating a crease in a particular point in the page longitudinal with the direction of paper travel.
