NW Fax driver not connecting to Fax

Greetings all

I installed the latest NW fax driver on a customers PC to allow them to send faxes to their TA 6550ci. Driver install went ok, but when I sent a test fax, it came up with a connection error to make sure that the fax was on. So I checked to make sure that the fax was working correctly, updated firmware (just in case) and sent another fax. Same result. Thinking that this may be a firewall issue, I connected my laptop directly to the 6550 and sent a fax from there. same result.
Question. Has anyone seen this problem with the NW fax driver?

Make sure WSD is turned on at the copier.
