[Misc] We need your help choosing a new MFP

We have have had four MFPs recommended to our small office. I figure you folks know infinitely more than we know about the machines.

Kyocera 4551ci
Kyocera 3551ci
Canon Imagerunner C5240
Canon Imagerunner C5235

We only do about 5k copies/prints/faxes/scans per month.

Have you had any experience with any of these which would make you either recommend or not recommend them?

Hi there, you will probably get lots of replies and opinions

The main point I would say is that if you are averaging 5k per month then you don't need any of these machines and save your money and choose a 25 page per minute machine

A print out every 2.5-3 seconds is enough surely and you could save a considerable amount.

If you want an answer on the choices you have posted then it's got to be Canon as my experience of Kyocera machines are they are very plastic and don't last.

LOL!....late we are!....my opinion?

I'd take a Kyocera ANY DAY over a ricoh!
