[Error Code] FS-2100 DN Call Service 2000

Hi

I have a Kyocera FS-2100 DN with a "service call 2000" .
After turn on the maschine, the printer started and make this error. After 3-4 times printer on/off there is no error code.
Next day start the printer, the error is back.
What is it ??

We have found the error. Mainmotor soldered, and now its ok
