FS-2100

Have two of these machines in same location. Doing approx 10K month

both at approx 50-60K have poor copy quality.

Quality is due to poor transfer on right side. (geared side) of xfer roll.

Positive it is transfer because image is fine on drum.

Any thoughts.......

I'm guessing you mean print quality, since FS-2100 is printer only. Attach a sample of that quality here, preferably it's status page.

Just seems odd they both failed at 60k ish

repetitive image with heavy tone to the right I suppose.....

I've seen lots of sh1t on this entire series, but never a transfer roller to fail. Glad you solved it and use nothing but oem toner in those.

like kyo fan, never seen a transfer roller go on these. Yeh, they have some issues, but in all i would say fantastic machines. if you don't get some problems, then you won't have calls to go to. [ from the 4200 and up as we don't use the 2100.
