system memory----- 200 pin DDR2 SO DIMM you can source that from your local computer store

all manuals except service and parts can be downloaded free from kyocera usa website. choose legacy as the type and then this model.

firmware is not for sale. either a good samaritan helps you or you have to get authorised dealer help.
