Welcome boot screen taskalfa 250CI

Hello,

I've done a downgrade from FW 15 to FW 13.
After that is got a boot welcome screen, can't pass it at all!
Tried boot switch with 256MB CF card with FW in root without succes.
FW update with USB flash --> Error cpu panel (picture attached)
Also tried again the FW 15 but also without succes.
Isn't there any solution without changing the Code DIMM, Main PWB or touch panel???

If you have fax card installed, remove it and then try your update again. if update ok, reinstall fax card and update again.

I had one like this. After doing everything according to the troubleshooting guide and a few suggestions from tech support, it turned out that the problem was one of the boards in the op panel. I ended up changing the entire op panel at the suggestion of our tech rep and it is working fine.

Hello,

Fax is already removed.

I think also it's the OP pwb.

I swapped the OP to another machine and the same problem.
The dimm is not the problem.
I swapped it also and works perfect.
