Kyocera fs 1370 DEVELOPER MISSING message

Kyocera fs-1370 with DEVELOPER MISSING message, I cleaned from unknown toner the developer unit, added good (correct) toner, put a new toner OEM, also cleaned the drum unit from waste toner, machine is clean. machine was recently serviced in my shop.

Any ideas are welcomed thanks,

The machine doesn't think the developer unit is installed.
check connector points on the dev unit and where it contacts inside the machine or in the drum unit.
You might have to replace the dev unit.

few times we have seen this it was always non OEM toner...and putting in a new OEM toner fixed it...
