I have ran calibration, dev setup, noting seems to work. Transfer? Only 45000 clicks on machine. Not sure if it was reset.

If it's all colours then it's not the drum, Dev or toner. It will be 2nd transfer roller, transfer belt or a board. My guess would be the 2nd transfer roller. Is the door closing properly?

Yes. It seems to be. Not quite sure how to troubleshoot this one. I should have stopped it to check the drums. But all colors when you run the halftone setup deal are light. Oem toners. How do you tell if the machine has been reset not only has 48000 clicks on it. So maybe it's overdo on all pmComment

It won't be drums, check the 2nd transfer roller and make sure the door is properly closed.
