    kyocera 300ci HDD

    Have a customer that is getting rid of this machine. However they want HDD from the machine. There are two drives .Which one has customer information on it?

      Give them both and charge for the ordered replacements. That's what we do.

          I should have opened the machine first. It only had one HD. thanks for your reply
