Hi guys, i need some help with a
Problem with a Kyocera 4035
installed the "netviewer software" + "address book + address editor
the printer work, but the scanner seem deactivated, and very hard to activate, because Kyocera offer a useless document to do that
i have installed all the drivers +twains +software downloaded from Kyocera website
i have connected to the Kyocera directly with a network cable, (ping between pc and kyocera work)
1. the Kyocera appear on the "Net Viewer"
2. i can not change anything on the scanner settings as it always show "Unable to use scanner"
3. i installed the twain driver to try to get a scan from a software, and again it detect the Kyocera, but the option to insert a picture is grayed/unavailbe
what are the options needed to make it work
do i need to create a user on the Kyocera 4035, or on the PC "address book"
the help guide are useless,
as they mention the error, and suggest to check 2 minutes later, and nothing change
also it is not clear what these software are doing "address book" & "address editor" ; what address they manage, which protocols???
just plain rubbish solution,
first experience with a kyocera, and nothing positive to say about it
it is a small office(3 persons) who use the scan extensively
thanks for any help,
Hal
