Numbering copies
I work as an Administrative Assistant at a non-profit and am the "machine guru" in the building. Even I can't figure this one out. I have a Copystar CS 4551ci and a Kyocera 8000i.
I have been given an impossible task:
Customer wants 40 copies of a document, but wants them numbered per copy, not per page. Copy one would all have "1" on the corner, copy two would all have "2" on the corner, etc. to 40 copies.
Customer claims he has done this before on the copier, but forgot how to do it.
I scoured all the page numbering options on the machine, but none seem to allow advancement of the "page number" based on number of the copy. Closest solution I found is to program a fixed-text starting with "1" and editing this for each copy made. Very labor-intensive.
