Our company started to implement the planned transfer to the Kyocera's printers and MFP , but still have some network printers and MFPs from other vendors. Kyocera Net Viewer perfectly sees devices of third party manufacturers: Oki, Lexmark, HP, but did not see any of Brother network devices (models MFC-8370DN, DCP-7065DNR, DCP-L2540DNR, etc.).
What can be changed in the settings of devices Brother (web interface) or Net Viewer search properties, to see the data sets? SNMP is running on these (Brother) devices.

Some features are not available on all models due to differences in device capabilities.
