Color lock backdoor password?/

Hi All

Does anyone know a backdoor way to get into Hypas color lock. Our customer changed the default admin passwords and can't remember them.
Tech supports solution is to format the HDD. This would be my last resort.

There is two passwords the Admin one and the speed of the machine. If the customer changed and forgot both you have to format the hard drive and they will go back to default then reload colorloc I have bin there and done it.
