Not deleting private print jobs

I've got a taskalfa 4550ci not deleting private print jobs after printing or after the preset time for deletion is set for one day. Any ideas.?

Thought those had a tick box to delete after print. Unsure about the timeout though as that's always worked for me.

Have you rebooted the machine? If not try that and you can do a memory initialization as that often when memory dont buffer well. Ensure you back up the machine info first in mode 917 or make sure you have the IT rep on stand to reenter network , email or smb configuration info if it is setup for those. However a general cold boot should clear it memory
