deactivate card authentication kit B

Hi all,

Iv got a taskalfa 3500i that i need to deactivate the card authentication kit b.
Been into system settings - optional settings, and cannot deactivate it. Everything is greyed out, status is running.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
