clean the charge roller. that's the roller attached to the drum that is removable. use whatever works for you, but don't scrub. dishwashing liquid diluted with a rag with gentle rubbing will remove the paper dust bulid up. Don't let liquid run below the roller as there is a fur brush that will get wet and possible cause problems. if still the same, then you need to vacum out the dev and examine the mag roller and see if scoured or lines on it. If there are lines and not deep then you can get some distance still or you will have to replace the dev. stop the print before the fuser to first verify things.

I cleaned mag roller, also cleaned charge roller . I removed with vacum toner from dev unit. In this machine there is no U130 to load toner so i loaded manually. It worked for 1 or 2 days and then the same problem. Any other idea?

My experiences in order of most prominent (With OEM Toner):

        1) If the lines are only when scanning from the ADF, and not going all the way to the edge of the page, clean the small slit of glass to the left of the big platen glass when you lift the lid. Even if you don't see something there, it's there. Windex on a cloth scrubbing with with your fingernail behind the cloth should get rid of the buildup. On other brands I would also advise you to clean the mirrors but even in the dirtiest environments (Coal power plant, corn processing facility) I've never ever had to clean the scanner mirrors on a Kyocera for a line. They seal them well.

        2) Charge roller (already mentioned) I like to clean with simple green and immediately dry which takes all the buildup off with minimal effort. Haven't noticed any negative reactions to using simple green.

        3) Hair or other foreign material wrapped around developer mag roller. You would have been able to see this while cleaning it though.

        4) drum blade has a small knick and needs to be replaced. should be able to tell if this is the case by running a few skyshots and looking at the drum to see if it's cleaning in that spot where you have the line.

        5) Haven't had this yet because we do our PMs on schedule but it could be the hot roller. easy to spot by just looking at it. Maybe one of the fusing fingers dug into the roller.

Copy is exacly the same when copying from adf or glass. Also cleaned optics, mag roller, chanrge roller. Toner on mag roller is not at the right density so the image is light.
I cleaned with vacum dev unit from toner but then i added manually toner because i think there is no U130 process or i am mistaken/
( Is there any mode how to load toner?). After 1,2 days i had the same. Any idea?
