    Kyocera km2050 error c410 help

    HELLO FOLKS,
    I have a customer that getting error c410, document feeder problem, any suggestions, this happened a year ago on this same copier, buy problem went away..I know..?..at that time I ran some ground wires to df motor to frame..I checked, cleaned and lubed solinoid in the front of the feeder, as I seen someone has suggested that as a fix..copier will just stop in the middle of a copy job, copier says" copying", but copying has stopped, when I remove jam from feeder, it will then go into c410 error code..
    at one point customer said she seen 0630 error..any suggestions greatly appreciated..!

      GOT this from somewhere else... see if it works for you.


      I saw this post and we had a lot of these codes also and on another site someone figured out a fix. It has worked for us on all of ours that had this code.
      Follow the cable into the feeder and find the ground wire, than you will need to pull back the plastic sheathing on the cable. You will find the ground wire is crimped to the grounding mesh inside the plastic sheathing. Crimp this metal connector tighter and see if that works for you.
      It has worked for us on all of them.

          They updated the ADF board. There's a bulletin from '08 regarding this

              What I have done a few times, is run another ground from the motor bracket to the metal back frame of the machine. It will resolve the grounding issue.

                  I remember replacing the dp cable (since it was cheap) to fix this.
