[Jamming] FS-C8520MFP Jam 4211

Hi All

We have a FS-C8520MFP which keeps jamming with a 4211 error which I believe is the eject sensor. The attached document suggest replacing a spring in the fuser, however we have installed a maintenance kit on the machine which includes a new fuser (paper is constantly jamming in the fuser). Should the new fuser not have resolved the issue?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi.

We ended up passing over to some printer engineers to complete the job and I believe they resolved by turning the duplexer or belt over?

ive had a exit sensor lever sticking on this utax 5025 series equivalent,not the sensor on fuser,final black lever when paper finally gets out ,remove side cover above fuser,remove 2 screws and cable,comes out as an assembley.its worth checking
