    KM4050 jams when Duplexing

Single side copies seem fine. When duplexing apx 1 out of 15-20 copies will jam with about 2inches out of the exit rollers and the rest curled in a "S" between the fuser rollers and the exit roller as if the exit rollers stopped while the fuser kept turning.

    Any suggestions?

The attatchment kit or the eject section(sometime known as the switchback).

Duplex unit has 2 couple of white pressing rollers. Stretch the pressing springs about 4mm. Timing is delayed due to lack of pressure. Also check condition of the one way gear in feed switch unit.
