Hello all .. if l started this fs-1028mfp ...he function good so if l want copyed this message affiched there ( Cassette1 not loaded ) ..l try clean detector but any chance ..pls help .

If it's true that you have another model machine to swap parts you should be OK. It's either the tray, the sensor or the actuator. Sensor and board issues are rare on this model. Is the tray lifting? Have you determined it's not just looking for plain paper while the machine is set for thick?
