    Need advice on Kyocera Copiers

Well everyone I'm back in the copier biz. About 2 years ago I got out. I went to Kyocera school not long before I left. I am trying to reacquaint myself with the Kyocera products. One thing is the manuals. I struggle with finding what I need in the maintenance mode. I was wondering if most of the maintenance mode items are universal to all? Also any advice you can give me on items that I will use the most or any other advice on whatever. I do have all manuals. I am a one tech outfit so I don't have others to go to with the exception of Copytechnet and Kyocera tech support. I'll take any advice your willing to share.

I am going to school for networking and computer support. Was not working, just going to school. My old boss lost my replacement and so he called me and asked if I would consider coming back. We are a small dealer and he had to have a tech so I said yes. Still going to school. Thanks for your help.
