    KM 5050 F041 error

    Hy
    I have an F041 error on a KM 5050... I'll tried to format the hdd and the problem disappear for some days..... Now it's back... So now i want to update the firmware.... I'm wondering if someone here can send me the latest firmware for this machine.... Thank you!

      F041: Scanner PWB communication error

      Check for correct connection from main PWB and Scanner PWB.

          The service manual points to mainboard and scanner board replacement. If you said by formatting the hd the problem goes away for some days then i would try first replacing the hd, as it may have bad sectors or just failing. You are correct though in wanting to update the firmware and it should be done.

              I'll try with hdd first... The problem is i have no firmware for this machine
