Kyocera M2050 Problem with scan settings

Trying to change the scan settings for DNS and SMTP on the machines webpage. We put in the settings and click register and the page reloads with all the old data still there. It doesn't seem to keep the changes we make. Is there another way of changing the settings or something we are missing when changing them?

Sounds like it could just be a browser problem. Is it trying to bring up a Confirm / Cancel dialogue that is being blocked?

I agree, try a different web browser. I've had issues with Chrome before on customer's PCs but it always works at the office for us.

I don't have that machine here to look at the webpage, but I've seen where the tech hits the test button but doesn't hit the submit button.

when you are making the changes in the webpage, make sure that you are not in the scanner function at the machine. You must exit the scanner funtions before the webpage would be updated.

Now it seems they are only getting this screen when accessing the scanner page. Changing browsers didn't seem to do anything either
