KM5050 screen problem

I have to calibrate the touch screen (U201) every time I wake the machine from sleep. Sometimes even immediately after calibration, I have to do it again.
Buttons respond several centimeters away from target. I do U201 about 10-20 times per day. Do I need a new screen?

You need a Tablet Operation not the LCD Operation. The seals on the Tablet Operation are notorious for breaking down especially in hot humid environments. There are a few threads you can search for on tips and tricks to try to repair them such as using a hair dryer or heat gun, but we've always just replaced them.
