    TA2551ci Install Fuser massage

    Hy

    Massage Install Fuser appears after device restarted works some time, fuser is replaced recconected connectors and checked fuser connector, had anyone have such massage and of course solution what could that be?

      replace fuser IH unit

          Hi, we currently have a machine that is working fine (TA2551CI), then halfway through a job it pops up with the "install fuser" message, I was going to go back tomorrow with a new fuser, did you find a definate solution to this?

              Just had this message pop in the middle of the print job for the 1st time ever. Powering off/on removes it for the time being. The tip Alexkyocera gave could be the solution. The thing is that (based on the parts list) you cannot order the board alone, but the entire PARTS PWB IH 200 ASSY SP.

                  Hi, I went back to this machine yesterday, its over an hour away from the office and we had a fuser in stock, so I fit a new fuser to rule that out, it did the same thing, but while i was there, the machine displayed "install fuser unit", but also underneath where it says toner is running low etc, it said "transfer belt not installed"

                  I took the fuser unit out, re fit, closed the door, didn`t clear, opened the door, took the belt out, re installed, machine came to ready.

                  I can see this being a bit of a head scratcher, will update if we find anything.
