KM3060 program loading then black screen

Screen says program loading, the scanner initializes then the screen goes blank.
seene like the machine is ready but the screen is black
if I put an original in the feeder the green light comes on but no action.
not sure where to start on this one since I don't have a donor machine to try any parts from

Your problem isn't exactly like but similar to this problem copied from another post :

"In my experience, 9 times out of 10 :

put latest firmware on a 4 gig or less thumb drive

take the lower cover off of the panel.

with a flashlight and good eyes, look for the small ( very small ) switch on the edge of the panel board.

toggle this switch ( with power off ).[ toggle= move switch to other position]

turn the power on and wait until the memory light stops flashing.

power off and toggle switch to the starting position.

insert thumb drive into the panel and turn the power back on.

find something to do for the next 7 minutes until the panel starts loading firmware.

after the firmware is finished your panel should respond again.

It may take more than 1 try to get this to work.

the panel he is referring to is the lower control panel or operation panel, just below the screen.

When you do it the way you are doing it and the screen is blank, leave it at least for 2 hours. If does not work, then do the above. your choice."

So will this firmware load without being able to access to any buttons on the touchscreen or panel?

I don't supply firmware, but it is available on KDA Connect website.
