I am interpreting your question as a 1mm skew. Check the paper tray guides and make sure they are good. Is it doing it from the manual tray also ?. The registration roller assy is supposed to correct skew issues, before the paper reaches the drum.
1mm should be hard to notice and may be in the skew tolerance range.

OK I am a bad speler.... Thanks for reply. I have not tried from the bypass good point. I will try that. the skew is 1.5mm looks off. duplex that and 3mm looks ugly....Otherwise love the operation system and machine...

I have looked again and the top is pretty good the bottom is skewed 3mm. I am not trained on the latest tec codes. I can get in and adjust the paper timing but not sure about the different names. I adjusted the cassette and duplex but there are others. I have re seated the registration roller. thanks Ray

post a pic of the page with the skewed image. There is not electronic adjustment for skew, that is handled by the registration roller assy. The paper tray guides, the pre registration feed roller and registration roller handles the skew adjustment. maybe, one of the registration spring is not right. Replace the machine, as it is new out of box.
