CS 4501i with 200K has worn our Heat roller. I can only find the Kit and no Parts brakedown. Boss who does parts is on Vacation ( to Hawaii) is the Kit the only way to go?? FK-6306B is the Kit #,.. PN is302HL93100. Looks like these blow through Heat rollers even with the tec bul. adj's Anyone have these dialed in yet??

You should have three years bumper to bumper warranty on that unit. check the deploy date and info on the machine and see if it's under warranty and replace.THE ONLY THING FOR EVIL TO TRIUMPH IS FOR GOOD MEN TO DO NOTHING..........edmund burke -

If I remember correctly, it is three years or 300k whichever comes first. Haven't had too many issues on the low/mid speeds but not too many high volume customers either.
It seems like they are trying to get away from fuser rebuilds for whatever reason. 3035 and the 50 series wasnt too bad 620/820 were a $%U* though.Comment

We ard an Indy and the Boss didn't register this one, so we are on our own. We are copystar but only the lower speed ones. In the past, mita warrenty was a pain so he has little faith in it. We xid order a unit but I would like to be set for the next time.
