    Hi

    I have one of these ! with a error code C7411tried to do the line position firmware ?

      That's a K drum error i think, reseat it and see if it goes away. It can be easy to install incorrectly because it slides down in a curve instead of straight down.

          The black drum unit is not installed properly. Check the pins on the board where the drum connector connects, they sometimes get bent if the drum is forced in and not seated properly. This drum is a bit awkward to install and has a bit of curve to navigate when dropping in. Also on the left side of the drum there is a red wire harness, make sure it is in its proper place or it will prevent the drum sitting in the rear of the machine correctly. remove another drum and compare. the service manual point to other things to like drum eeprom ect. in that case you can swap drum and you should get a different code if the drum is the cause. e.g 7412 cyan
