[Misc] How to Printing from Internet using ipp for Kyocera 1128 MFP

Hi Techs,
Today I try to enable IPP in Kyocera 1128 through Web. (local ip address: 192.168.1.119)
_ I can Add Printer using http://local_ip_address:631/ipp/lp1 (after restart Print Spooler service)
_ But I cannot Add Printer using http://external_ip_address:631/ipp/lp1

+ I forwarded the port 631 for 192.168.1.119 in Router Huawei HD8045A already.

+ In Network Tools by YouGetSignal.com, it said port 631 is closed.

Please help me to fix this.

Update: I can use http://local_ip_address:631/printers/lp1

Customer's IT has to open that port on the router/Firewall .
