We have quite a few of the Triumph Adler P-C2665MFP model machines which is the equivalent model to the Kyocera M6526cdn in the field with dropping toner at random.
It doesn't matter which colour but more often black toner. Most probably due to the fact that black is used more often.
The reset firmware and the latest firmware were installed and the transfer unit vacuumed out to remove any loose toner laying around.
This works for two days than the problem is back.
As a test we replaced the tranfer unit on the one machine and after about 30 000 prints the toner dropping was back.
Unfortunately there are no bulletins on this issue from TA or KM
Any feedback or work around to solving this will be greatly appreciated.
