Okay here us an odd bird. I am aware of the tech trouble shooting guide and have followed or checked out the pages 60-68 and none appear to be whats causing this jamming issue.
This is a issue from the MP tray only and from what I've found only for cardstock.
Here is a little of the things that I've done other than the above guide. First changed the feed/sep tires, then I swapped the whole conveying section and updated firmware.
Then I decided to run regular stock with the cardstock settings...jam 4909
Then regular stock set to plain...uh ho ho it ran fine like it was supposed to.
Then regular stock set to thick...yep it ran like it was supposed to.
Then cardstock set to thick....ran like it was supposed to.
So other than a glitch in the firmware I am at a loss, and any help would be appreciated.
