Hi
I would suggest you try to set the correct OEM (mode 265) for your country on the machine to display the Kyocera model.
While in that state of OEM the firmware will work and you can then change it back.
Hope this helps.The product may be brilliant and the salesperson proficient, but if the technician isn’t efficient, then the story will end there.
